Fiona Sutton Wilson is CEO of Earthwatch Australia, a behaviour change environmental NGO established in 1982. She leads a dynamic team of environmental scientists, educators, communicators, and coordinators delivering national citizen science and sustainability education programs. Working directly with communities, corporations and Traditional Custodians in nature-based solutions in Australia and the Pacific, Fiona establishes corporate-community-science partnerships that empower people to tackle the greatest threats to our biosphere: climate change, pollution, and biodiversity loss. Fiona established her career in large complex organisations, initiating and leading programs of transformational giving and stakeholder engagement at universities across business, health, arts, engineering, design, equity, and reconciliation. Fiona's career in higher education spanned 20 years, receiving recognition for her work through a number of awards and fellowships, most prominently in research and leadership.
