Heather is a passionate conservationist who holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Environmental Science. A firm believer in the critical role that people play in conservation success, her honours research focused on how people perceive and value different ecosystem types. For the past four years she has been working in relationship management roles for environmental NFP organisations.

After undertaking post-graduate studies in Antarctic science, Heather became involved in Antarctic expeditions, including a conservation fundraising tour to the Antarctic Peninsula in 2018.
