Jesse Holden

Program Coordinator (Biodiversity)

Jesse is the Program Coordinator for Biodiversity at Earthwatch. With a background in Remote Area Wilderness Guiding, Ecotourism Program Management and Environmental Sociology, Jesse is passionate about the human story, protecting natural places and promoting greater connection for environments and communities. Jesse joined the Earthwatch team to support the Bush Blitz program, with a specific focus on Earthwatch's TeachLive component - a unique professional development opportunity for teachers to join biodiversity expeditions and take their learnings back into their class rooms and communities. Jesse hopes his work at Earthwatch will help nurture and inspire future generations of environmentalists and naturalists to embrace custodianship and advocate for their landscapes.
