Bush Blitz Begins!

From the depths of winter in the South West of WA, to the chaos of the Perth airport, to the iconic Cable Beach of Broome we headed out to Derby to find the Gibb River Road.

Rain has turned to dust and the vistas of the Boab trees have delighted.

Turning into the Charnley River Station entrance we wondered at the thicker vegetation and the amazing opportunity we have been given to spread the world of science in education while being immersed in the wonder of the Kimberly.

Meeting all of the Scientists and learning of their expertise has been a wonder in itself, which increases the excitement of what we are to learn in the six more days to come.
